Returns And Exchange Policy

 We want you to love your jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.

Returns (UK Orders) You may return unworn, unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, please email support@allthatglittersshop.co.uk with your order number.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you the return address and simple instructions.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

 

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll guide you through the exchange process and help you choose a replacement.

Items We Cannot Accept Back For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings.
We also cannot accept returns on personalised items, gift cards, or sale items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.

 

Return Postage Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we delivered the wrong item.
