1. Are your jewellery pieces waterproof?

Yes! Our pieces are designed for everyday life—showering, washing hands, rain, workouts. They won’t tarnish or turn your skin green.

2. Are your pieces hypoallergenic?

Yes. All items are made from stainless steel or sterling silver, which are gentle on sensitive skin and nickel-free.

3. Will the colour fade over time?

With proper care, no. Our waterproof and tarnish-resistant plating is designed to stay golden. Avoid harsh chemicals (bleach, perfumes sprayed directly on the jewellery) for the longest shine.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

We dispatch orders within 2–3 working days.

UK delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

5. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — orders over £35 qualify for free UK delivery.

6. How do I start a return or exchange?

Email us at support@allthatglittersshop.co.uk with your order number.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

7. Can I return earrings?

Unfortunately, no. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they arrive faulty.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We’ll fix it quickly — either a replacement or refund.

9. How should I care for my jewellery?

Your pieces are low-maintenance, but for best results:

• Store them in a dry place
• Avoid spraying perfumes directly on them
• Wipe gently with a soft cloth if needed

10. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the UK only.

International shipping will be added later.

11. What materials do you use?

Mostly high-quality stainless steel with waterproof gold plating, plus selected sterling silver pieces. Everything is hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.

12. Can I wear the jewellery every day?

Absolutely. Our pieces are made for long shifts, busy days, and everyday life — comfortable, durable, and beautiful.
